The difficulties I faced in this project are, nervousness, lack of confidence and perseverance. Most of the times our group has to go up to the front of the class to present something, fila chart, brochure, etc. We also need to think about lots of ideas and how we are going to express it. Sometimes, the teachers will ask us to redo our projects and it costs a lot of time and effort to do it again. So, some of our group members may feel like all their efforts will be wasted but then the encourager in our group will comfort and encourage us to do our best. So far, we have completed most of our work except the fila chart.

I had encountered several difficulties during the process of project work such as nervousness, lack of ideas and patience. I was nervous when I was asked by my group members to be the speaker of the clips.
I made silly mistakes in the wording and it took a while for me to speak to perfection. I thank my project work members for being so kind and understanding. They empathised with me and encouraged me to be calm and patient. Not only that, they did not snap at me with annoyance but praised me when I had, at last, not stuttered or twisted the wording.
When we were thinking of ideas on how to save energy and water bills, I could only come out with some while the others had written out several ideas that I had not thought of before. I was amazed at their thinking and silently idolized them as great thinkers and wanted to have a wider variety of ideas like them.
Impatience was what I had experienced greatly during the process. I was very much impatient at myself for being so nervous about the clip and stuttering, twisting the meaning of the clip. I had thought of myself as someone who was slowing down the process of our project work and wasting the precious time of others.
My group members were sympathetic and helped me with my mistakes with patience. I realised that the process of project work was not as hard as I had initially thought and I had also learnt many things from my members. They taught me that haste makes waste, and we should spend more time on things than rushing through them and in the end, getting them all wrong.
The time spent on this project has not been wasted, but instead, I have learnt valuable lessons from the process which cannot be learnt in school.

summary
All in all, I had encountered several difficulties like nervousness, lack of ideas and patience. My group members and I overcomed them easily when we co-operated with one another and listened to each others' ideas. I am grateful to them for being so patient and understanding with me. I have also learnt the real meaning of teamwork with them.
